How the new playlist annotation tool works in the app
To add a personal caption to a track, just open a playlist and find a song. Click the three dots next to the title. Then, pick the option to add a note and type your message.

Once you save the text, it appears right under the track name in your library. If you share that playlist with friends or make it public, other people will be able to read those attached comments. Availability rules for free and paid listeners in select markets
The feature is currently rolling out to both free and paid subscribers. It is only available in specific markets for now. Listeners must be at least 16 years old to try out the update.
