Apple TV Reveals Stick Season 2 Premiere Date With Pluribus Star Joining Cast

Apple TV is bringing back its golf comedy “Stick” for Season 2 on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, with Owen Wilson returning as Pryce Cahill. The new season also adds “Pluribus” star Rhea Seehorn to the cast as Pryce’s new golf coach, Amanda.

Created by Jason Keller, “Stick” returns after its first season followed former professional golfer Pryce as he tried to rebuild his life by coaching teenage golf talent Santi. Season 2 expands that story as Santi gets closer to professional golf while Pryce starts thinking about an unlikely comeback of his own.

The season will premiere with two episodes on November 4, followed by one new episode every Wednesday through December 30. That schedule gives “Stick” Season 2 a total of 10 episodes.

Stick Season 2 plot

Minor spoilers for Season 1 and the setup for Season 2 follow.

Season 2 moves Santi into a much more demanding stage of his career. His talent has already opened doors, but pursuing professional golf means dealing with expectations and pressure that were not there when he was simply a promising teenager.

At the same time, Pryce starts wondering whether his own playing days really need to be over. After encouragement from former rival Clark Ross, played by Timothy Olyphant, Pryce begins an ambitious comeback and sets his sights on becoming the oldest golfer ever to win a major.

That goal also forces Pryce to confront the reasons his original career never reached the level many expected. Rhea Seehorn enters the story as Amanda, a skilled coach who works with Pryce as he tries to rediscover his game, while Mitts, played by Marc Maron, remains alongside him as his trusted caddie.

The second season therefore puts Pryce and Santi on parallel paths. Santi is learning what happens when natural talent becomes a professional expectation, while Pryce is trying to find out whether he still has enough left to compete at the highest level.
