Apple’s redesigned Health app is appearing for more iPhone users after they install iOS 27.2 beta 3. Access still depends on language and account conditions, so the new interface is not available to every tester.

Several users in the beta 3 discussion thread said the redesigned app appeared after updating, including one tester who had not received it on earlier builds. Others outside the United States still needed English device and Siri settings.

Apple says the redesign organizes information into new Insights and Longevity areas. Insights surfaces timely health information, while Longevity examines long-term patterns across several health categories.

Readiness uses Apple Watch data

The app also includes a readiness score for Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 users. Apple says it analyzes recent activity, vitals and sleep score to provide a daily score from zero to 10.

The score is guidance, not a medical diagnosis. Apple limits the feature to its newest watch models, so installing iOS 27.2 beta 3 does not add readiness to every Apple Watch that can run watchOS 27.

Beta 3 also changes the visual design of the readiness widget. Users testing the feature should expect additional adjustments before the stable iOS 27.2 release.

Apple says the redesigned Health app is arriving later in 2026 and initially supports U.S. English. Beta availability can change between builds, so reports from individual testers do not establish a wider regional rollout. The report concerns beta 3 availability, not the stable iOS 27 release.
