A 14-inch MacBook Pro with Apple’s M5 Pro chip, 24GB of unified memory and a 2TB SSD is available with a $500 Prime Day discount. The deal targets a higher-storage configuration rather than the entry-level M5 Pro model.
The current Amazon offer should be checked for the exact configuration, seller and delivery estimate before purchase. Retail prices can change quickly during Prime Big Deal Days and may vary by color.
Apple launched the M5 Pro and M5 Max MacBook Pro lineup in March. MacObserver’s launch report covers the ports, chips, display and starting configurations.

Check whether 2TB is worth the premium
The 2TB SSD is useful for large video libraries, development environments and local project files. Buyers who rely mainly on cloud storage or external drives may spend less on a lower-capacity model, even if its percentage discount is smaller.
The M5 Pro model includes Thunderbolt 5 ports, HDMI, an SDXC card slot and MagSafe 3. The 14-inch size is easier to carry than the 16-inch model, while still providing the same chip family and professional port selection.
A discount from list price does not automatically make this the right configuration. Compare the final checkout price with Apple’s current store price, education pricing if eligible, and the cost of the memory and storage actually required.
The listing is a U.S. deal in dollars. Tax, membership requirements, stock and delivery timing can change the effective value, particularly after the Prime Day promotion ends.
The promotion may end before Prime Day closes.
