No. As of September 10, Apple has not announced a second season, a returning cast or a production window. The show’s official news page does not carry a renewal release, and Last Seen does not appear in Apple’s current list of renewal announcements.
Apple also has not called the series canceled. Its press material identifies the episodes-and-images collection as Season 1, but that label alone does not promise another installment. What has Apple confirmed about the first season?

Patrick Brammall stars as Ian Ridley, a former police detective whose daughter Maggie disappeared 11 years earlier. Now working as a police dispatcher, Ian hears a distress call from a teenage girl he believes may be Maggie. His renewed search drives the series.
The drama is adapted by writer and executive producer Kris Mrksa from Ryan David Jahn’s novel The Dispatcher. Christian Schwochow directs and executive produces. Apple says the production was set and filmed in Victoria, Australia, with Maxine Peake, Brendan Cowell, Daniel Henshall, Zahra Newman, Jessica Wren, Tobias Muhafidin and Chloe Jean Lourdes in the ensemble.
What would need to happen before Season 2?
A renewal would need an official announcement from Apple or a confirmed production update from the companies behind the show. Apple has not published either one. It has also not explained whether the six episodes adapt the full novel or leave material available for another season.
The sensible point to reassess the show’s status will be after the October 7 finale, when Apple can evaluate the completed run. Until then, Season 2 remains possible but unannounced. The only firm plan is the weekly release schedule for Season 1.
