Apple is expanding its live sports coverage on Apple Vision Pro with four upcoming Friday Night Baseball games in Apple Immersive Video, giving Vision Pro users a dedicated broadcast designed around the headset’s 3D viewing experience.
The new schedule follows Apple’s earlier immersive broadcasts of Los Angeles Lakers games, which showed how live sports can work inside Vision Pro with stadium-level camera angles, spatial presentation, and a more direct sense of being close to the action.

Apple Vision Pro gets four live MLB games
Apple will stream four Friday Night Baseball matchups in Apple Immersive Video over the next several weeks:
- August 28 at 7 p.m. ET: Boston Red Sox at New York Yankees
- September 4 at 6:30 p.m. ET: Los Angeles Angels at Pittsburgh Pirates
- September 11 at 10 p.m. ET: San Diego Padres at San Francisco Giants
- September 18 at 10 p.m. ET: San Francisco Giants at Los Angeles Dodgers
Vision Pro viewers will receive a separate broadcast from the standard Friday Night Baseball feed, with Paul Severino handling play-by-play, Xavier Scruggs serving as analyst, and Michelle Margaux reporting from the sidelines.
Apple will also use cameras placed around each stadium to support the immersive presentation, while the broadcast will include dedicated graphics and replays designed for Vision Pro.
The games will stream live through the Apple TV app and will remain available on demand after they finish airing. Friday Night Baseball comes with an Apple TV subscription, which currently costs $12.99 per month after a seven-day free trial.
Apple’s latest MLB rollout gives Vision Pro owners another reason to try live immersive sports, while also expanding the company’s efforts to make Apple Immersive Video a regular part of its sports coverage.
