Apple Releases iOS 26.3 Beta 2 to Developers

Apple has released iOS 26.3 beta 2 for developers. The new build number is 23D5103d. This follows iOS 26.3 beta 1, which Apple seeded in mid-December with build 23D5089e.

The update is available through Apple’s developer beta channel, and you can install it from the Software Update screen once your iPhone is enrolled.

How to update to iOS 26.3 beta 2

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Software Update.
  4. Tap Beta Updates and select the Developer Beta option (if it is not already selected).
  5. Go back, then tap Download and Install.

Changes in iOS 26.3 beta 2

Apple’s rollout notes for beta 2 focus on the new build rather than a headline feature drop. Reports so far have not flagged major new user-facing additions in this beta.

  • Wallpaper updates: Changes to the wallpaper gallery organization and new weather-related options reported in the first beta cycle.
  • EU notification forwarding interface changes: A reported UI update tied to interoperability requirements in the EU.
