Apple has opened sales for its certified refurbished iPhone 16 lineup, giving buyers a lower price on its newest phones while keeping the same official warranty and support. The store now lists the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max with discounts that range from 12 to 22 percent compared to Apple’s launch and current prices. This move gives shoppers a way to save money while still buying directly from Apple.
Apple sells these devices through its own online refurbished store in the United States, and the rollout has also started in countries like Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland.

What You Get With a Refurbished iPhone 16
Apple says its refurbished iPhones ship unlocked and come with a new battery, a new outer shell, and a USB-C cable in a plain box. Each phone includes Apple’s one-year limited warranty and supports AppleCare+ or AppleCare One for extended coverage. Apple claims its refurbished products are carefully cleaned and tested, and in most cases, they’re almost impossible to tell apart from brand-new devices.
The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max add larger 6.3 inch and 6.9 inch displays, along with the A18 Pro chip, a new Camera Control button, a 48 megapixel Ultra Wide camera, and support for 4K video at 120 frames per second. The standard iPhone 16 and 16 Plus also include Camera Control and Apple Intelligence, which keep the full lineup aligned on core features.
