Apple’s new MacBook Neo officially launches today, and customers can now buy the $599 laptop directly from Apple Stores with same-day pickup. Early buyers who placed pre-orders have already started receiving their devices, while Apple also opened in-store sales across several regions. Customers can place an order online and pick up the laptop at a nearby retail location on the same day if stock is available.
Apple has also started selling the MacBook Neo alongside several other new products announced last week, but the company’s new low-cost laptop has quickly become the main highlight for retail stores today. Many customers who want the device immediately can place an order on Apple’s website or through the Apple Store app and choose an in-store pickup option during checkout.

According to reports from the U.K. Apple online store, many Apple retail locations across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland currently show stock available for pickup. However, availability still depends on local demand and inventory, so some stores may run out of units quickly as customers arrive throughout the day.

- Go to Apple’s website and add MacBook Neo to your bag.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Select the “I’ll pick it up” option.
- Enter your ZIP code and choose a nearby Apple Store.
- Select a pickup date and complete payment online.
- Bring your order number and a valid government photo ID when you arrive.
The MacBook Neo starts at $599 and runs on Apple’s A18 Pro chip, which first appeared in the iPhone 16 Pro. Apple says the laptop delivers up to 50 percent faster everyday performance than the bestselling PC with Intel’s Core Ultra 5 processor.
The laptop features a 13-inch Liquid Retina display with a 2,408 × 1,506 resolution and 500 nits brightness, while the design uses uniform bezels similar to the iPad instead of a notch. It weighs 2.7 pounds and comes in Silver, Indigo, Blush, and Citrus color options.
Connectivity includes two USB C ports, a headphone jack, Wi Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 6. The device also includes 8GB unified memory, a 1080p camera, dual microphones, Spatial Audio speakers, and up to 16 hours of battery life. The base model includes 256GB storage and a Magic Keyboard, while a $699 configuration increases storage to 512GB and adds Touch ID.
Apple also launched several other products today, including the iPhone 17e, new MacBook Pro models with M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, an updated MacBook Air with the M5 chip, and the latest iPad Air with the M4 chip. However, the MacBook Neo remains the most talked about device today as customers head to Apple Stores worldwide.
