A Satechi magnetic wireless charging cable has been released on Friday, says the company. For US$29.99 you can get up to 7.5W of charging, compared to Apple’s MagSafe which gives you up to 15W. This is because Satechi’s product is a Qi wireless charger and different than MagSafe.

The charger is space gray and the connection is USB-C, and it requires an 18W power adapter which is sold separately. There is also an optional leather magnetic sticker for non-MagSafe iPhones like iPhone X, iPhone Xs, and iPhone 11.
Satechi is offering a 20% discount which is valid until December 16 by using the code MAGNET. You can preorder the magnetic charger starting today and it ships December 17.
