A phone-free concert simply won’t fly here.  Younger audiences use phones to pay for their purchases, and Uber is fast becoming king in Philly thanks to our drinking culture.  Ordering s bunch of twenty-somethings to lock their digital wallet, and their ride home, not to mention cases of emergency, will take off like a lead balloon.
