Apple has launched AppleCare+ in Indonesia, giving customers access to extended hardware protection and dedicated technical support. The move allows buyers across the country to add paid coverage to their Apple devices beyond the standard warranty period.
Most Apple products already include a one-year limited warranty that covers hardware failures and manufacturing defects. Customers also receive up to 90 days of complimentary technical support. With AppleCare+, users can extend that coverage and add protection for accidental damage, including drops and spills. The plan also covers battery service when capacity falls below 80 percent and provides 24/7 priority access to Apple support teams.
Apple announced the expansion as part of its broader effort to bring AppleCare services to more markets worldwide.
Kaiann Drance, Apple’s vice president for Worldwide iPhone Product Marketing, said, “AppleCare brings peace of mind to our customers, with comprehensive protection for their products and support from Apple experts. Today’s launch is part of our ongoing commitment to expand access to AppleCare coverage and deliver the best experience for our customers around the world.”
