Apple TV has shared a new look at Silo season 3, and the latest teaser gives fans a much clearer idea of where Rebecca Ferguson’s Juliette Nichols is headed when the series returns this summer. The short clip reveals that Juliette becomes the new mayor of the silo, which marks one of the biggest character changes the show has made so far.
Rotten Tomatoes shared the teaser on X, and the footage quickly caught attention because it moves Juliette into a public leadership role that looked almost impossible during the early episodes of season 1.

Juliette’s journey takes a very different turn
When Silo first started, Juliette worked as a mechanic deep in the lower levels of the silo and avoided public attention whenever possible. Even after becoming sheriff, she never looked comfortable being the face of authority, since most of her decisions came from necessity rather than ambition.
Season 3 changes that dynamic in a major way because Juliette now appears to fully step into a leadership position while trying to guide the silo through growing unrest and unanswered questions surrounding its existence.
The new teaser also continues to hint that the next season will explore how the silos were originally created and why people were placed inside them in the first place. Apple previously teased these mysteries in the first season 3 trailer, but this latest clip focuses much more on Juliette’s evolution.
Silo season 3 release schedule
• Premiere date: Friday, July 3
• Weekly episode releases continue through September 4
• Streaming platform: Apple TV
Fans waiting for answers can also turn to Hugh Howey’s novels, since the TV adaptation continues drawing material from the popular book trilogy that inspired the series.
