The first episode of Slow Horses season six is now streaming on Apple TV. The six-episode season will continue with one episode each Wednesday through October 21.

Apple released a trailer for the season in August, confirming the September 16 premiere and the weekly schedule. Its season-six material also confirms Olivia Cooke’s return as Sidonie “Sid” Baker. Those details were announced ahead of the premiere, while the streaming availability is the material change for viewers today.

The schedule means the finale is set for October 21 if Apple maintains the announced weekly plan. Apple has not said that all six episodes will be released at once, so subscribers looking to binge the season should not expect a complete-season drop based on the company’s published schedule. The series page and Apple TV app remain the reliable places to check availability in a specific region.

New episodes follow each Wednesday.

Apple confirmed the schedule in its season-six press release. The new season adapts material from Mick Herron’s Joe Country and Slough House, and returns Gary Oldman as Jackson Lamb alongside Kristin Scott Thomas and Jack Lowden.

Apple’s description puts the team from Slough House on the run as Diana Taverner draws them into a retaliatory conflict. Viewers looking for background before starting can read our season-six cast guide and our episode-one preview.

The premiere arrives shortly after Apple TV confirmed the series will continue through season eight. That renewal is separate from the release schedule for the episodes available now.
