Harry Da Souza is not confirmed to be choosing Kevin over Conrad in MobLand Season 2, Episode 1, but the premiere makes the possibility credible. Conrad and Kevin are already at odds, and Harry is placed in the middle as the person who sees how quickly an outside rival can turn that feud into a collapse.
The strongest theory is not that Harry has decided to abandon Conrad. It is that protecting the Harrigan operation may require him to treat Kevin as the more reachable partner. Episode 1 puts Harry in the uncomfortable role of warning the family about forces that benefit from Conrad and Kevin being unable to hear one another.

Kevin and Conrad’s feud gives Harry no neutral ground
Season 2 begins with the family’s leadership problem already exposed. Reporting on the premiere describes Conrad and Kevin’s conflict as escalating, while official season material says the Harrigans are struggling to look united as rivals threaten their fractured empire. Harry cannot solve that situation by staying emotionally outside it. Every warning he gives one man can look like a betrayal to the other.
Kevin has a clear interest in being treated as more than an heir waiting for Conrad to step aside. Conrad, however, still sees himself as the authority who decides what the family is and how it survives. The gap between those positions gives an adversary a ready-made route into the organization.
Harry’s warning points toward Kevin, not away from the family
In the premiere, Harry reaches out to Kevin with his theory about Kat McAllister and the pressure building around the Harrigans. That does not make Harry Kevin’s man. It shows that Kevin is a person Harry believes can still be persuaded to see the strategic danger. Conrad’s refusal to listen is what makes the exchange feel significant.
Harry’s practical choice may therefore be to work with the family member most willing to act on evidence. In a crime story, that is not the same as sentiment. It is a calculation about who can prevent a power struggle from becoming a gift to the enemy.
Choosing Kevin would carry its own risk
If Harry leans too openly toward Kevin, Conrad could interpret it as an attempt to pick the next king. That would deepen the exact split Harry is trying to contain. The theory only works if Harry keeps insisting that the threat is external while his actions make him look increasingly close to Kevin.
For now, Episode 1 supports a narrower conclusion: Harry is beginning to treat Kevin as the more useful ally in an immediate crisis, not declaring war on Conrad.
