The tech giant scored a spot in the top 10 on the “2026 Best Perks & Benefits, Large Companies” list published by Comparably, a ZoomInfo platform that focuses on employee reviews and compensation data. While the maker of the iPhone did well in this category, it missed the mark in a few others.

While the tech giant performed well in benefits, its employees did not rate it highly enough to make the “2026 Best Happiness” or “2026 Best Work Life Balance” lists for large companies. These specific awards highlight workplaces where employees report high satisfaction with their daily work lives, compensation, and general office culture.
According to Jon Bischke, a general manager for ZoomInfo Talent Solutions and Comparably, modern workers look at the whole picture when choosing a job. He noted that while pay matters, daily experiences like a solid work-life balance and how staff feel about showing up to work carry a lot of weight.

In the broader rankings, other companies took the top prizes. Adobe grabbed the number one spot for Best Perks & Benefits. Meanwhile, Calix won first place for Best Happiness, and Elsevier took the top spot for Best Work Life Balance among large organizations.
By focusing on direct employee feedback, these lists offer an inside look at how staff actually view their benefits and daily routines. Apple clearly gives its team great perks, but the data suggests it still has some ground to cover to make its employees happier and less stressed.
