Apple is releasing iOS 13 on September 19, just a day before the new iPhones ship. However, you’ll have to wait until September 30 for the release of iPadOS. Meanwhile, iOS 13.1 will also be released on September 30, with “additional software features.”

They took out the Announce Messages With Siri feature about the end of June. Hasn’t been back since.
I know it may be nit picking but there’s no mention of a WatchOS 6 ( or AppleTV) release date …
