The Seven Demons are the professional assassins hired to kill Jackie Price in Kill Jackie. Their name sounds supernatural, but the thriller presents them as a human organization with a leader, a recruiter and specialists. Jackie, played by Catherine Zeta-Jones, responds by trying to hunt them before they can complete the contract.
The cast makes the group more specific than a faceless squad. Public character descriptions identify Friedrich, the Doc, Karenina, the Cuban, Li Dong and the twins Akilles and Tukka as the seven current Demons. Christine Adams plays the Doc, Friedrich’s former wife and the Demons’ second-in-command and recruiter. Her interest in Jackie is not just professional. Published cast information says the Doc cannot easily read her target, which makes Jackie especially intriguing. That relationship may be dangerous in a different way from a direct ambush.
Karenina has a personal advantage
Sidse Babett Knudsen plays Karenina, a security and cyber specialist who once worked for Jackie. Her recruitment into the Demons changes the odds because she knows the woman they are pursuing. AMC+’s premise emphasizes that Jackie has a dangerous past; Karenina is one person positioned to understand how that past shaped her survival habits.
Sebastian Armesto is credited as the Cuban, described as a close-range killer, and Tadashi Ito plays Li Dong, a knife specialist. Kārlis Arnolds Avots plays Akilles and Set Sjöstrand plays his twin brother Tukka. The twins complete the seven alongside Friedrich, the Doc, Karenina, the Cuban and Li Dong. Why Zigor matters without being one of the seven
Zigor previously led the Demons but has withdrawn from that role. Cast descriptions say Jackie seeks him out for knowledge of the group’s weaknesses. That gives the series a useful counterweight to the pursuit: someone with inside experience may help her understand how the organization thinks, while his own painful history complicates any easy trust.
