Reacher Season 4 Episode 4 will arrive on Prime Video on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, continuing Jack Reacher’s investigation after the first three episodes opened the new season with several deaths, hidden identities, and a much larger conspiracy.
Prime Video released Episodes 1, 2, and 3 together on August 12 before switching Reacher Season 4 to a weekly Wednesday schedule. The eight-episode season will continue through its finale on September 16.

What Happens in Reacher Season 4 Episode 4?
Spoilers ahead for Reacher Season 4 Episodes 1-3.
Episode 4 will pick up after Nolan Cahill’s shocking death at the end of “One Small Step.” Cahill had become increasingly important to the investigation before jumping from a hotel rooftop, and Reacher soon learned that he was also the missing witness connected to the night Anna Merrick died.
The official Episode 4 synopsis says Reacher will interrogate Sampson, while Tamara breaks into a government facility. Jacob also receives devastating news, and the group discovers information that changes the direction of the investigation.
That setup suggests “Karambits and Pieces” will begin connecting the political side of the mystery with the people chasing the missing flash drive. Reacher has already survived several attacks, while Lila Hoth has admitted that parts of the story she originally told him were false.
Season 4 Has Already Taken Reacher Into a New Mystery
Season 4 adapts Lee Child’s 2009 novel Gone Tomorrow. The story begins when Reacher encounters Anna Merrick on a Philadelphia subway, and her death pulls him into a conspiracy involving government secrets, political figures, professional killers, and a missing flash drive.
The season follows a fresh case after Season 3, which adapted Persuader and ended Reacher’s long conflict with former military intelligence officer Francis Xavier Quinn. Season 4 largely introduces a new supporting cast around Alan Ritchson’s Reacher.
With Cahill dead and several characters still hiding important information, Episode 4 should give Reacher his clearest lead yet while opening another part of the conspiracy.
