The iPhone 17e launches this week and introduces several upgrades compared with older entry level models. According to a new post from the Weibo user known as Fixed Focus Digital, Apple has already locked in plans for the iPhone 18e, even before the iPhone 17e begins its sales cycle.

Early details remain limited, but Apple will likely equip the iPhone 18e with the newer A20 chip. Reports also suggest that Dynamic Island could arrive on the model as Apple gradually brings premium features to its entry-level devices.
Current rumors point to a spring 2027 launch, when Apple may introduce the iPhone 18e alongside the standard iPhone 18 and the next-generation iPhone Air.
