Macworld journalist Filipe Espósito reported that the information comes from an unreleased internal version of iOS 26. The build is not meant for public use and is typically restricted to Apple engineers testing upcoming features.
He explains that while the build is labeled as iOS 26.0, it includes references to features planned far beyond its initial release window.
What Apple is planning for iOS 26.4

Siri powered by Apple Intelligence
Apple is preparing a major overhaul of Siri that relies on Apple Intelligence. The assistant is expected to support more natural conversations, better contextual awareness, and improved follow-up handling.
The code suggests Siri will move beyond simple commands and respond more like a conversational assistant, with deeper access to on-device and cloud-based intelligence.
