Parking service SpotHero now has CarPlay integration. It means that users can book and pay for parking near to wherever they are headed, rebook a recently visited parking facility or access an existing parking pass without needing to get their phone.

SpotHero is available at 7,000 parking locations across 300 cities in North America. A survey of 18,000 drivers across 30 cities by Inrix found that 48 percent of drivers would prefer a parking solution connected to their in-car display, while just 24 percent preferred using a standalone app. SpotHero’s Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations Elan Mosbacher said:
