Apple is pushing the Watch deeper into everyday coaching, and watchOS 26 is the proof. Coming from watchOS 11, you’ll notice two big shifts right away. First is the new Liquid Glass look that makes complications and cards easier to read at a glance. Second is a smarter system that anticipates what you need, whether that’s a timely Smart Stack card, on-wrist Notes, or gentle pacing nudges during workouts. Health tracking also graduates from raw metrics to clearer signals like Sleep Score and, on supported models, hypertension notifications.
