Apple is holding its “Surprise and Shine” event today, September 9, with the presentation starting at 10 a.m. PT, or 10:30 p.m. IST in India. Apple will stream the event online for free, so you can watch it on an iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Windows PC, Android device, or most smart TVs with an internet connection.
Apple has confirmed three official ways to watch the “Surprise and Shine” event live: the Apple Events website, the Apple TV app, and YouTube Live.

How to watch Apple’s event live
You have several options depending on the device you are using:
- Apple website: Open the Apple Events page in a modern web browser and select the livestream when it begins.
- Apple TV app: Open the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, supported smart TVs, or compatible streaming devices and look for the Apple Event.
- YouTube: Apple has confirmed that the keynote will also stream through its official YouTube presence, making this the easiest option for Android, Windows, smart TV, and Chromecast users.
- Apple Developer: Developers can also reach the livestream through Apple’s dedicated September 2026 developer event page.
You do not need an Apple TV subscription or any other paid Apple service to watch the event.
Apple has not officially revealed which products it will announce. Current expectations center on the iPhone 18 Pro lineup, alongside new Apple Watch models and other hardware announcements.
