ACM 239: Judge Cote Goes Boom, Samsung Sees Doom

It's been a busy week in court with Judge Cote's ebook antitrust monitor getting shut down by an Appeals Judge, and Judge Koh ruling one Samsung's patents isn't valid and the company is infringing on one of Apple's. HP is jumping back in time and selling Windows 7 PCs instead of Windows 8, plus it's the 30th anniversary of the Mac. So much for Jeff and Bryan to talk about.
