Apple Releases iOS 26.3 beta 1 for iPhone

Apple has started rolling out iOS 26.3 public beta 2 to public testers, picking up the beta cycle after a holiday pause. The first iOS 26.3 beta arrived in mid-December, and the new update lands about a month later.

Public beta 2 uses build 23D5103d.

If you already run the public beta profile, this update should show up like a normal software update inside Settings. If you are new to the program, you need to enroll your Apple ID first, then the update appears in Software Update.

  4. Download and install iOS 26.3 Public Beta 2

The standout change so far is groundwork for RCS end to end encryption, with new references that suggest carrier support is being prepared inside Messages.

Other iOS 26.3 features still present include iPhone to Android transfer tools and notification forwarding for third party wearables in the EU.
