I’ve been a loyal Apple customer since 1985, when Apple only put out the finest of products. Unfortunately since Jobs left, the decisions by Apple have been just the opposite, selling subpar products, using low performance components, like binned chips, to resale the same product as many times as possible, by only making minor changes to the same product. Then there is the marketing scheme of releasing rumors and supposed leaks, to preprogram customers of what to expect, only at launch time to find that the product they expected to buy, doesn’t exist, it’s just some lesser version of what they wanted. Then too make matters worse, AI is being programmed to try to convince people that this is all Ok, just buy it anyway because, it’s better that the last years model.
What concerns me, is that with constant update problems, bad call in tech support, along with the disillusionment I’m hearing, and reading about not being able to trust that your Apple product is going to work properly, when you are depending on it. It’s extremely concerning, as I’m reading and hearing about the amount of people turning to Apples competitors products, which means that Apple is losing more income, it also means that Apple is loosing public respect and trust. I’ve been buying Apple products for 41 years now, and the last thing I want to see is Apple going under, especially when the people of whole world are hurting financially, and may not have the money to afford new Apple products. I’m hopeful that Apple can get back on track, like when Jobs was in charge.
