A user on X compared the new Polishing Cloth with the previous model and said the dimensions remain nearly the same. However, the newer version feels closer to the cloth Apple includes with its nano-texture displays and Apple Vision Pro.
Apple has not detailed any material changes, so the main confirmed difference remains the lower $9 price alongside the softer feel reported in this early comparison.
