MobLand Season 2, Episode 2 releases Friday, September 25, 2026, at 3 a.m. ET on Paramount+ in the US. The next chapter follows Colin Tattersall’s approach to Frankie Cooper while Conrad’s dog-track massacre leaves witnesses, evidence and a family structure Harry can no longer fully control.
Frankie and Tattersall are not confirmed partners yet, but the premiere makes the proposed arrangement clear. Tattersall wants Kat McAllister to use Frankie as her own version of Harry, a criminal fixer capable of attacking the Harrigans through methods their enemies understand.

The closing scene introduces Frankie at a barbecue surrounded by young men. He immediately recognizes Tattersall as a former police officer and demands that he start talking. That confidence suggests he is not a disposable recruit and will set terms before entering Kat’s war.
Frankie becomes Kat’s counterweight to Harry
Tattersall’s value is access. He understands police methods and the Harrigan investigation, while Frankie can operate in the criminal space Harry normally dominates. Together, they could pressure Harry from both sides without requiring Kat to expose herself.
Conrad makes their opportunity larger by opening fire at the dog track with Maeve. A surviving waiter speaks to DCI Kavanagh, forcing Harry to rely on Finch to contain the account. The more Conrad acts without him, the harder it becomes for Harry to keep violence separate from evidence.
Conrad’s violence creates evidence
The premiere leaves the Harrigans divided after the dog-track bloodbath. Conrad and Maeve act without Harry, Kevin makes his own moves, and Kat McAllister looks for pressure points. Every new character enters that unstable structure, which means loyalty matters less than who can exploit the family first.
Harry’s usual advantage is that he sees consequences before his employers do. Episode 1 weakens that advantage by keeping him outside the dog-track meeting and giving rivals time to organize. Episode 2 can test whether he still functions as the family’s center or has become one more player reacting to Conrad’s mistakes. That shift would give every rival more room to act, because the fixer can no longer promise that one conversation will restore order.
Episode 2 should show whether Frankie accepts the role and whether Kavanagh can protect the witness from Harry’s influence.
