YouTube Premium Subscribers Will Soon Get Peacock for Free

YouTube Premium subscribers will soon get Peacock at no extra cost, adding NBCUniversal shows, movies, and live sports to their membership.

YouTube Premium subscribers in the United States will soon receive access to Peacock Premium without paying for a separate subscription. The new benefit will begin rolling out in early 2027 as part of a multi-year agreement between YouTube and NBCUniversal.

Eligible subscribers will get Peacock’s ad-supported Premium plan directly through the YouTube app. The package will sit alongside existing YouTube Premium benefits, including ad-free YouTube videos, background playback, offline downloads and YouTube Music.

Peacock adds a large collection of NBCUniversal shows, movies and live sports. Subscribers can watch titles such as Saturday Night Live, Love Island USA and Law & Order: SVU, along with selected NFL and NBA coverage.

YouTube Premium Price Will Remain the Same

YouTube confirmed that Peacock will be included in its standard U.S. Premium subscription, which currently costs $15.99 per month. Peacock Premium normally costs $10.99 per month when purchased separately, making the upcoming bundle a useful saving for people who already pay for both services.

The partnership will also bring selected NBC Sports events to YouTube and extend NBCUniversal’s existing content agreement with YouTube TV. More details about eligibility and activation will arrive closer to the 2027 launch.
