Ten confirmed Apple dates fall between today, Saturday, September 12, and Friday, October 30. Most calendars being published this week track only the iPhone. This one also carries the Mac’s return to general sale, a Supreme Court filing deadline, and the day the European Union’s new App Store rules take effect.
None of the dates below are predictions. Each comes from an Apple product page, an Apple newsroom release, or a public court docket, and every weekday attached to them has been checked against a calendar rather than assumed.

The Monday carrying two unrelated deadlines
September 14 is the release date for iOS 27 and its four sibling updates, free for every eligible device. It is also the deadline Apple’s own lawyers are working against: the company’s opening merits brief in Apple Inc. v. Epic Games, Inc., No. 25-1311, is due at the US Supreme Court that day. The two events share nothing but a date.

The court case is narrower than most coverage suggests. Certiorari was granted only on the question of what standard applies to a civil contempt sanction, not on the App Store’s antitrust merits. Epic’s response brief is due November 13, which puts oral argument somewhere in 2027. Apple’s request to stay the underlying injunction was denied in August, so the existing link-out rules stay in force while the appeal continues.
The Mac date sitting inside an iPhone month
Mac mini and Mac Studio were announced in August, before the September 9 keynote that introduced iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo. They go on general sale September 22, ten days after this article publishes: Mac mini from $899 with Apple’s M6 chip or $1,699 with M5 Pro, Mac Studio from $2,499 with M5 Max or $5,499 with M5 Ultra. Apple’s own numbers put its newest chip, M6, in the cheapest machine on that list rather than the most expensive one.
Dates Apple has set without naming a day
- tvOS 27: a release candidate exists, dated alongside the other five operating systems, but no Apple page names a release day.
- Siri AI in French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish: Apple’s own release says only “coming in October,” with no day attached.
- Apple’s Q4 FY2026 earnings call: not announced. This fiscal year’s calls landed in late January, late April and late July, so a late-October date would fit the pattern, but Apple has not confirmed one.
- Mac Studio’s 512GB memory configuration: Apple’s own release says it “does not ship until late October,” without naming which day.
What Apple has not said
- No release date for tvOS 27, and no device compatibility list for it either.
- No specific day in October for Siri AI’s five added languages.
- No Q4 FY2026 earnings date, only a pattern from earlier quarters.
- No named countries for iPhone Duo’s October 30 expansion beyond “28 more.”
- No Supreme Court argument date; only the two brief deadlines are on the docket so far.
