Apple’s Family Sharing feature now supports sharing in-app purchases among members, although this option will be available at the discretion of each developer.

Apple Family Sharing lets individuals share access to services with five other Apple users. Services like Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple News+, and Apple Arcade can be shared, as well as iCloud Storage.

Family Sharing provides a streamlined, convenient user experience and can help you attract subscribers, encourage paid subscriptions, increase user engagement, and improve retention. Sales and Trends reports will be updated soon to help you understand the performance of family subscriptions.

The organizer of Family Sharing (the person who initially set it up) can find a toggle to share in-app purchases in Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions.
