Six of Apple’s storefronts outside North America are taking iPhone 18 Pro pre-orders right now: the UK, Germany, France, Singapore, the UAE and India. Each one shows its own price in its own currency and its own wording for when the pre-order window opened, but the six pages do not all disclose the same information once you land on them.
All six went live at the same instant, 12:00 UTC on Saturday, September 12, the moment Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro announcement calls 5 a.m. PT. What differs is what each store page tells a shopper after that.

Three pages that never mention September 18
Apple’s UK, Germany and France store pages each give a precise pre-order time, but none of the three states on that same page when the phone actually arrives. The Friday, September 18 availability date for those three markets comes only from Apple’s press release, not from the buy page a shopper is actually ordering on. A buyer who never reads past the store page in any of those three markets has no way to learn the in-store date from Apple’s own checkout flow.
Three pages that do, and one that will not name its own time zone
Singapore, the UAE and India each print an availability date directly on the pre-order page itself, worded slightly differently in each case but all pointing to September 18. The UAE version carries an odd gap of its own: Apple tells shoppers there that pre-orders start at “4:00 p.m. local time,” without ever naming the zone. Every other market in this group names one outright, whether BST, MESZ, CEST, SGT or IST. The UAE’s own clock is Gulf Standard Time, but that name comes from working out the local time zone, not from anything printed on Apple’s page.
Singapore’s other difference: a limit at checkout
Singapore’s page carries an instruction none of the other five do: a limit of two iPhone 18 Pro units and two iPhone 18 Pro Max units per customer. Apple’s general sales terms, which apply across every storefront, already reserve the right to “refuse or cancel any order or limit order quantity,” but Singapore is the only page in this group of six that turns that general right into an actual, printed number.
| Market | Financing shown on the page | Order limit stated |
|---|---|---|
| UK | 0% APR over 30 months, no lender named | None stated |
| Germany | Openbank Pay, 3 to 36 months, no per-model figure | None stated |
| France | Cetelem example, generic and not per-model | None stated |
| Singapore | None shown | 2 Pro + 2 Pro Max per customer |
| UAE | None shown | None stated |
| India | EMI figures shown, no lender named | None stated |
Comparing the two full-size models side by side matters more once a limit like Singapore’s is in play; our Pro versus Pro Max guide covers the differences Apple has published.
What Apple has not said
- Why the UK, Germany and France pages omit the September 18 date that Singapore, the UAE and India include.
- The name of the UAE’s local time zone.
- Any order limit for the other five markets in this group.
- The name of the lender behind the UK’s 0 percent financing or India’s EMI figures.
Pre-orders in all six markets continue through the week. iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are due in stores Friday, September 18, in every market Apple has confirmed for the first wave. Our pre-order guide covers what to decide before then.
