The popular actor is officially joining James Marsden in the new action thriller series Disavowed, which is coming soon to Apple TV. The spy series follows a fired agent chasing a massive bounty
In the upcoming show, Marsden plays Brad Griffin, a legendary CIA case officer. His career takes a sudden turn when he gets fired right in the middle of a global hunt for an elusive assassin who killed his colleague. Now an outcast from the intelligence community, Griffin decides to go off the books. He sets his sights on the 15 million dollar federal bounty placed on the killer’s head.
While Marsden takes the lead role, details about the character Reedus will play remain completely under wraps for now. Fans are eager to see how he fits into the story, especially since he recently wrapped up his long run as Daryl Dixon in The Walking Dead universe. This new series actually marks a reunion for the two actors, who previously worked together on the 2000 film Gossip.
