  • Come on man. Isn’t it time for Bryan and John K to stomp on the glaring strategic errors in new iMac, new iPad, and the podcast cluster*. Apple has to get out of this 3 year timeline between decision and implementation. It’s just embarrassing now. How long did it take to pull Jony Ive back from retirement to fix the butterfly keyboard problem, then another year after he left the company to ship product. Sheesh. Plus a round of applause for openpodcastdirectory.org for saving Overcast’s bacon, and the rest of the independent podcasting community, as Apple finally implements big media’s plan for monetising podcasts. How long ago was that meeting now? 2017? 2018? BTW, typing this on my butterfly keyboard, slicker, faster and doesn’t repeat characters or lag 10 seconds from time to time, like my 2020 iMac magic keyboard. I have 2 butterfly keyboards dating back to 2015, no issues, ever, and still the best typing experience on Mac.
