Apple is bringing a classic color back with the iPhone 18 Pro, with Black expected to return after disappearing from last year’s Pro lineup.
Black returns to the iPhone 18 Pro lineup
The Black iPhone 18 Pro uses a much darker finish than the brighter colors Apple offered with the iPhone 17 Pro series. It also keeps the familiar Pro design, including the large camera area across the upper section of the back.
Black has been one of the most requested finishes since Apple skipped it with the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. The latest information points to four iPhone 18 Pro colors: Black, Light Blue, Silver, and Burgundy.

Apple is also expected to give the iPhone 18 Pro a smaller Dynamic Island and its new A20 Pro chip, alongside camera and efficiency improvements.
The Black option gives buyers a more understated choice compared with the new Burgundy and Light Blue finishes.
