iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max pre-orders open on Saturday, September 12 at 5 a.m. PT, according to Apple’s press release. Apple’s regional Store pages translate that into 1:00 pm BST in the UK, 14:00 CEST in France and MESZ in Germany, 4:00 pm in the UAE, 5:30 pm IST in India, 8:00 pm SGT in Singapore, 9:00 pm JST in Japan and 10:00 pm AEST in Australia.
Every one of those is the same instant. Apple opens ordering worldwide at once, so the local time is 5 a.m. Pacific shifted by each country’s offset. Before the event we set out what to expect from the pre-order dates; Apple’s Store pages have now confirmed the exact times.

How the local times line up with 5 a.m. Pacific
Pacific Daylight Time is seven hours behind UTC, so 5 a.m. PT is 12:00 UTC. Add the UK’s one-hour summer offset and you get 1:00 pm BST. Add two hours for Central European Summer Time and you get 14:00 in Paris and Berlin. The UAE is four hours ahead of UTC, so 4:00 pm. India is five and a half hours ahead, so 5:30 pm IST.
Further east, Singapore is eight hours ahead of UTC, giving 8:00 pm SGT; Japan is nine hours ahead, giving 9:00 pm JST; and Australian Eastern Standard Time is ten hours ahead, giving 10:00 pm AEST. Every regional figure on Apple’s Store pages matches that arithmetic, which is a useful check if your country is not in the table: take 12:00 UTC and add your local offset.

For North America, 5 a.m. Pacific is 8 a.m. Eastern, so buyers in New York and Toronto have a more civilised start than those in California. Apple’s Canadian Store page quotes the Pacific time rather than a local one.
Availability: September 18 everywhere in the table
Apple’s press release says availability begins Friday, September 18 in more than 65 countries and regions, naming Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Japan, Singapore, the UAE, the UK and the US among them, with 20 more countries following on Friday, September 25. The Singapore, UAE and India Store pages state September 18 directly; the other pages do not print a date, so the press release is the source for those.

iPhone Duo: the same clock, five weeks later
The iPhone Duo uses the same schedule shifted to October. Pre-orders open on Friday, October 16 at 5 a.m. PT, which Apple’s Store pages list as 1:00 pm in the UK, 14:00 in Germany and France, 4:00 pm in the UAE, 5:30 pm IST in India, 8:00 pm SGT in Singapore, 9:00 pm JST in Japan and 10:00 pm AEST in Australia. Availability is Friday, October 23, with 28 more countries and regions on October 30, per Apple’s press release.
Note the day of the week: the Pro pre-order falls on a Saturday, the Duo’s on a Friday, so the local evening slots in Asia and Australia land on a Saturday night for the Pro and a Friday night for the Duo.
