Apple has released the macOS 26.2 Tahoe Release Candidate for developers and public beta testers. This build arrives as the final step before the stable rollout later this month. The RC arrives as build 25C56 and replaces the earlier 26.2 betas that have been in testing since November.
The update brings stability improvements and a few clear upgrades. Edge Light improves video calls, urgent reminders help you stay on track, and Thunderbolt 5 enhancements boost multi-Mac AI performance. Apple also fixes long-running bugs from earlier Tahoe builds.
