iOS 26.3 Beta 2 Adds RCS Support for Telekom Hungary and Singtel

iOS 26.3 Beta 2 Adds RCS Support for Telekom Hungary and Singtel

Apple has expanded RCS support in iOS 26.3 beta 2. Two more carriers now appear on the list: Telekom Hungary and Singtel in Singapore. If you use either network, this update moves iPhone closer to modern messaging with Android users.

As a result, Messages can handle richer chats. You get better photo and video sharing, link previews, and other features that standard SMS does not support. In short, conversations look and feel more like modern chat apps.

Beta Changes

The update comes through Apple’s latest carrier bundles in iOS 26.3 beta 2, listed as build 23D5103d. These bundles decide which network features turn on for each carrier. Once Apple updates them, RCS becomes available without a separate app.

I spotted the carrier tracking database at ios-rcs.foxwitch.tech, which now flags Telekom HU and Singtel as “in beta” for RCS on iPhone. That status signals that Apple and the carriers have started testing the feature on their networks.

The same source also lists both carriers as “in beta” for RCS Business Messaging, or RBM. RBM enables companies to send branded and interactive messages directly within the default Messages app. This includes confirmations, support chats, and verified business texts.

If your iPhone runs iOS 26.3 beta 2 and you use a Telekom Hungary or Singtel SIM, keep an eye on your Messages settings. Apple can push carrier updates over the air so that features can appear without another software update.

You can also check current carrier status on ios-rcs.foxwitch.tech, which tracks when RCS and RBM switch on for each network.

Keep in mind that “in beta” means things can still change. Performance may vary until Apple releases iOS 26.3 to the public. If you depend on messaging for work, expect some inconsistency for now.
