A newly reported Apple code leak points to three long-awaited hardware updates: an iPad mini with an A20 Pro chip, a second-generation HomePod mini in revised colors, and a fourth-generation Apple TV 4K. Apple has not announced any of the devices or confirmed when they will arrive.
MacRumors says contributor Aaron Perris found product references and images in Apple’s code. The files appear to identify the hardware directly, but they do not establish final prices, release dates or every specification. Plans visible in prerelease code can also change before launch.
What the files reportedly show
The iPad mini reference is the most detailed. It points to an A20 Pro processor, a front camera moved to the landscape edge and a revised speaker arrangement. Those details add context to an earlier report that an OLED iPad mini could arrive in October, although the display technology is not established by this particular leak.

Images labeled HomePod mini 2 show green, pink, blue, white and black finishes while retaining the familiar spherical design. Apple currently sells the HomePod mini with an S5 chip. Separate code findings have suggested that Siri AI could be heading to HomePod, but Apple has not published a compatibility list.
The Apple TV file is labeled “Apple TV 4K (4th generation)” and shows a box that looks much like the current model. It supports earlier reporting about a faster Apple TV with Siri AI, yet the new image alone does not confirm its processor, memory or wireless features.
The references make the three refreshes more concrete, but they are still leaks rather than product announcements. Buyers should wait for Apple to confirm configurations, regional availability and pricing before treating any of the reported details as final. The files also do not prove that all three devices will debut together.
