Apple seeded the third developer beta of watchOS 3.2.3 Tuesday. It’s a maintenance release, and registered developers can download the beta through the Watch app on their iPhone. Developers can set up their devices for developer seeds through the Apple Developer Connection.
Any remaining watchOS 3.2.x releases are likely to be maintenance and/or security-related as Apple ramps up watchOS 4 for the fall.
