Apple users are facing problems across several core services. iCloud features, Photos, and Find My are not working as expected for many people. Reports point to login failures, syncing delays, and missing data updates, which has disrupted normal use across devices.
The issues appeared within a short window and spread quickly. Most services started failing around 2:02 p.m. Eastern, while Find My followed later at about 3:04 p.m. Eastern. As a result, users continue to see partial or complete outages.

According to Apple’s system status page, the company has confirmed the problem. Apple said it is “Some users are affected. This service may be slow or unavailable.”

I grew up in Cupertino. I have realized that the Apple I grew up with is NOT THE SAME COMPANY. I was, until recently, “NorCal pride”. I’m not anymore. Apple is positioning itself to become a carrier. It has insidiously placed itself between user and carrier via its OS and forced use of eSIMs, which are extraordinarily fragile to carrier state transitions. I lost a 12 year old phone number in a port out NIGHTMARE involving AT&T/iPhone/Apple refusing to honor end user rights. Also the FCC IS USELESS.
