Apple will soon move its Santa Rosa retail store to a new location. The company is leaving the Santa Rosa Plaza shopping mall and opening a new store at the open-air Montgomery Village shopping plaza later this month.
According to Apple’s website, the new Apple Santa Rosa store will hold its grand opening on Friday, January 23, at 12 p.m. local time. Apple first opened its Santa Rosa Plaza store in 2004, marking more than two decades at the mall.

Other California Store Updates
Apple is also making changes at several other California locations. In Carlsbad, north of San Diego, Apple continues renovations at its existing store. During the work, the company is operating from a temporary location at 1925 Calle Barcelona.
Meanwhile, Apple is running a temporary store at the South Coast Plaza shopping mall in Costa Mesa, south of Los Angeles. This location will remain open while Apple renovates its original store nearby.
