I have been using Paragon APFS for Windows since APFS came out. I have always had good luck with them. That is until this last 6 months. They have got their website and support teams to where they can not get around to supporting their long term customers at all. They have come up with a new licensing system that for the most part doesn’t work, and then send a bunch of robo messages thanking us for our patience. I am sorry but 6 months is plenty long enough for me to have to wait to get the licensing fixed. I am actively searching for a new alternative if this is how it is going to be.
