  • There is no firmware. There is no power button. There is no way to restart the Logitech rigid folio keyboard. There are no updates. I have cleaned the three pins, both on the Logitech, rigid folio keyboard, and the three connector points on the iPad itself. The iPad is fully inserted into the Logitech rigid folio.The iPad is fully updated. I cannot use the Logitech folio keyboard at all. I have had it less than two years.

  • THERE IS NO LOGITECH CONTROL APP IN THE APP STORE. I HAVE HAD MY LOGITECH RUGGED FOLIO FOR TWO YEARS. IT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT CONNECT TO MY IPAD ANYMORE. I REMOVED IT THE iPad AND I CLEANED THE CONNECTIONS AND PUT IT BACK IN THE FOLIO CASE. STILL DOES NOT WORK. MY iPad IS TOTALLY UP-TO-DATE. I SHUT IT DOWN WAITED AND THE LOGITECH STILL DOES NOT CONNECT.
