Every 13-inch M5 MacBook Air deal on Amazon, from $1,099 to $1,599
| Model | Colors at this price | Amazon price | List price | You save |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 8-core GPU, 16GB, 512GB | Silver, starlight | $1,099 | $1,299 | $200 |
| 8-core GPU, 16GB, 512GB | Midnight, sky blue | $1,149 | $1,299 | $150 |
| 10-core GPU, 16GB, 1TB | All four colors | $1,399 | $1,599 | $200 |
| 10-core GPU, 24GB, 1TB | All four colors | $1,599 | $1,799 | $200 |
The 1TB model at $1,399 also gets you the faster 10-core GPU
This is the part most buyers miss. The base 13-inch MacBook Air has an 8-core GPU. Step up to the 1TB model and Apple’s specs show you get the full 10-core GPU along with double the storage. So for $300 more than the $1,099 base model, you get twice the storage and 25 percent more GPU cores.

That GPU bump helps with photo editing, light video work and games. Storage is the bigger deal for most people, though. 512GB fills up fast once you add a photo library, and you can’t upgrade it later.
Take 24GB for $200 more if you plan to keep this MacBook Air for five years
At $1,599, the 24GB model costs exactly $200 more than the 16GB version with the same 1TB SSD. Apple Intelligence, local AI apps and a browser with 40 tabs all eat memory. If you keep a Mac for a long time, 24GB is the safer bet. If you mostly write, browse and stream, save the $200.
What the 13-inch MacBook Air with M5 includes
Apple launched this MacBook Air in March. Here’s the 1TB model:
- M5 with a 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU
- 16GB or 24GB of unified memory and a 1TB SSD
- 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display at 500 nits
- Up to 18 hours of video streaming, by Apple’s numbers
- Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, MagSafe 3, a headphone jack and support for two external displays
- 12MP Center Stage camera, a 2.7 pound body and a 40W Dynamic Power Adapter
The base 13-inch Air is also down to $1,099 on Amazon, but only in two colors
If you don’t need 1TB, the 16GB and 512GB model is $1,099 in silver and $1,099.99 in starlight on Amazon. That matches the B&H deal we found on October 28, though B&H adds a 70W charger. Amazon showed one starlight unit left. Midnight and sky blue cost $1,149.
AppleCare+ costs $215 at checkout for any 13-inch model, and returns are free for 15 days. Double-check the memory and storage on the listing before you pay, since Amazon groups every configuration on one page.
