Aussie Apple Maps users in Queensland and Western Australia just got access to public transport directions in the major metropolitan areas. This incudes Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and surrounding suburbs in Queensland, and the greater Perth are in Western Australia.
Usually labeled “Transit” directions in the U.S., Australian Apple Maps label those directions “Public Transport,” as shown below. Apple already had public transport directions in Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney.
