Apple Music’s annual Replay recap is live for 2026, and it now includes a new view called Replay All Time, which totals the songs a listener has played most since the day they joined Apple Music rather than just the past year. Apple named it alongside two other 2026 additions to the app, Library Pins and in-app Replay stats, on its own Apple Music pages.
None of this is tied to the September 9 event. It is the kind of service update Apple ships through its ongoing Apple Music topic page and support documentation rather than a press release, and it sits well outside the iPhone 18 Pro news of the past few days.

Replay All Time changes what the yearly recap measures
Apple describes Replay All Time as a version of Replay that shows the songs a listener has played most since joining Apple Music, rather than the twelve months a standard Replay year covers, and Apple says it streams directly from the Home tab. That is the full extent of what Apple’s own material says about it. Whether it appears automatically for every subscriber, whether it updates continuously or on a fixed schedule, and whether it sits next to a listener’s regular yearly Replay or folds into it are questions Apple’s page does not answer.
Library Pins and Replay stats, named but not detailed
Library Pins and in-app Replay stats appear on the same list as Replay All Time and the lyrics additions, but Apple’s page stops at naming them. There is no description in the material reviewed of what a listener actually does with a Library Pin, or what in-app Replay stats show that the Replay hub does not already cover. Both read as real, shipped features, since Apple lists them as 2026 additions rather than plans, but the how of either one is something Apple has not published here.

Apple built Replay as a web destination first, at two separate addresses that both resolve to the same 2026 hub, with a dedicated how-to article walking listeners through finding their own numbers. Artists get a parallel page built for reading their own year rather than a fan’s, a reminder that Replay works as a promotional tool for the people making the music as much as a recap for the people streaming it.
Part of a wider round of Apple Music changes this year
Replay All Time is not the only thing Apple Music picked up recently. The same stretch of 2026 also brought AutoMix’s DJ-style transitions to tvOS and HomePod, seven new lyrics translation pairings and five new pronunciation pairings, and Hi-Res Lossless audio on tvOS, each covered on its own elsewhere and each separate from Replay. Streamed from an iPhone Duo, an iPhone 18 Pro or a set of AirPods 5, the app looks the same either way, and it works independently of the iOS 27 update arriving September 14. What changed this year is mostly on the service side, not the hardware.
