A new fan-made video is making the rounds online, and it looks so good that you might mistake it for an official announcement. Created by designer Gunho Lee, the short clip shows off a foldable device called the iPhone Ultra. Fans have been waiting years for a folding iPhone, and this impressive concept gives a clear look at what that future gadget could look like when it eventually arrives.

The video copies the style of an official presentation

The video looks just like the sleek promotional material you usually see during a real Apple event. It perfectly matches the lighting, camera movements, and pacing of the company’s official ads. You even get a familiar shot where the device floats into the air and breaks apart to reveal the inner hinge and technical parts.

In the clip, an actor takes the folding phone out of their pocket and unlocks it using Touch ID on the side button. They then open the large main screen to watch a movie and run two apps at the same time. The visual details on the folding hinge look incredibly realistic.

However, the creator left out a few details. The video never shows the outside front display when the device is closed. The actor also looks a bit awkward trying to balance the wide open screen in one hand while using multiple apps. Even with those small issues, the clip is a fun way to imagine what the tech brand might reveal at its upcoming September event.
