iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max pre-orders opened at 12:00 UTC on Saturday, September 12, the instant Apple’s own US store page calls “5:00 a.m. PT on 9.12.” Apple’s press release describes the reach as “more than 65 countries and regions,” but a check of Apple’s regional store pages finds a working price for the phone in only 10 of them.
That gap is worth tracking if you are shopping outside those ten. Apple’s own iPhone 18 Pro announcement names 18 countries specifically in its pricing section, and eight of those eighteen still show no price at all on Apple’s site.

The 18 countries Apple actually named
Apple’s press release states it plainly: “Customers in more than 65 countries and regions, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Turkiye, the UAE, the UK, the U.S., and Vietnam, will be able to pre-order iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max beginning at 5 a.m. PT this Saturday, September 12, with availability beginning Friday, September 18.” That sentence is the only place in Apple’s own release where specific countries are listed for the first wave. Everything else in the “more than 65” is unnamed.

Ten storefronts with a confirmed price
Of the 18 countries above, ten currently show a complete price for iPhone 18 Pro on Apple’s own regional store: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, the UAE and India. Each one lists all four storage tiers, 256GB through 2TB, in its own local currency, with no conversion needed to read them. The tier-by-tier numbers for several of these markets are in our iPhone 18 Pro price breakdown.
Eight named markets with no price Apple has published
The other eight countries in Apple’s own list are Brazil, China, Colombia, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Turkiye and Vietnam. Apple’s press release confirms pre-orders are open there today, alongside every other first-wave market. It has not published a price for iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max in any of the eight.
| Country | Named as a pre-order market | Price Apple has published |
|---|---|---|

An absence on Apple’s own pages is not evidence of anything beyond what it states: Apple has not published the figure. It says nothing about stock, about a coming price change, or about whether any storefront is running behind schedule.
The unnamed majority, and the still-unlisted September 25 wave
Apple’s own phrase, “more than 65 countries and regions,” leaves dozens of markets unaccounted for beyond the 18 named above. The second wave, due Friday, September 25, is described in the same release only as “20 other countries and regions.” Apple has not named a single one of those 20. Our pre-order guide and timing breakdown cover what is published for the countries that already have a date.
What Apple has not said
- The complete roster behind “more than 65 countries and regions.”
- The names of the 20 countries joining on September 25.
- A price for iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max in Brazil, China, Colombia, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Turkiye or Vietnam.
- Any stock, sell-out or shipping information for any market, named or not.
As of Saturday, September 12, pre-orders remain open across the confirmed first wave. iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max reach stores in those countries on Friday, September 18, with the still-unnamed second wave following on Friday, September 25. Our event recap will be updated if Apple adds a price or a country to either list.
